When do you offer short educational trips?
As a customized service, you can book short educational trips any time and at any length and we will advise you on best travel times. It is advisable to start planning at least 6 months in advance.
Who can participate?
We organize short educational trips for universities, companies, governments, NGOs and private groups. If you want to bring a high school group (under 18), we can welcome you as long as you have teachers/parents attending who are responsible for the group's behavior.
What kind of companies can we visit?
We work with all types of companies from multinationals to family run businesses from all industries. Just let us know what you are interested in and we will try to match your needs and interests.
What kind of visa do I need?
You can participate in short educational trips on a tourist visa. For China, you will have to apply for a tourist visa at your nearest Chinese consulate. Some countries' citizens may be able to enter visa free for up to 30 days.
Can we change the itinerary?
Changes can be requested up to one month before the start of the program and we will try our best to accommodate them. There are, however, no guarantees. We also reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you can find here.
How many participants per group?
Groups should be made up of at least 10 participants and a maximum of 40. All prices quoted are based on 10 participants, should the number fall below 10, prices may increase per person. From 25 participants, prices per person may be lowered if all participants are members of the same group, apply together, arrive together etc.
